Volunteers support community outreach, field visits, training sessions, and practical tasks that help LEHO carry out sustainable development work across Ladakh. Typical placements may range from a few weeks to a few months depending on project needs and the availability of the team.

We welcome people who are adaptable, respectful, and ready to learn in a community-based environment. Helpful backgrounds may include fieldwork, community engagement, environmental studies, education, public health, or other practical skills that support local initiatives.
